Our process starts with a discovery call on Zoom. This call is to understand your specific needs and style preferences. In our call, we schedule a time for one of our field experts to come by your home to get precise measurements and a view of what your yard currently looks like. A preliminary design typically has a 3-5 day turnaround. We then forward you what we have, and through a Zoom call, we review with you for feedback. After refining the design based on your input, we proceed toward the final product, ensuring every detail aligns with the agreed-upon plan. After the final design is finalized, we do a final presentation before sending it out to our structural engineer.
We wait. The structural engineer determines how your pool is going to be built. Their process takes a few days, and it varies based on the intricacies of your design. However, we need all this information before anything else can be done.
The short answer is yes. We prefer to create a complete package to forward to the HOA, so there are no unanswered questions that slow their process of approval.
The permitting process can begin as soon as we receive our approved set of plans from the structural engineer. This timeframe varies from city to city for which we have no control over. It's a waiting game, but it doesn't mean there is nothing to be done. Proper planning and scheduling are essential to make your building experience a great experience.
